alix Haiku

Lovesick, she broke the
Mold of ages pasado
With her gypsy eyes

silently flying
wind-tumbled wings carried the
errant butterfly

seven ladybugs
gossiped over tea and toast
gleefully and sure

spots on the belly
of the sleeping kitty cat
quivered with cat dreams

the lover's hand crept
slowly, mercilessly sure
over her long ribs

two clouds flirted, teased
and merged in a heavenly
marriage, cloudlets wept
