Pail of water for fire.
Chair for a weary body.
Frame for a family portrait.
Altar for worship.
Twilight for stars.
Tendrils for a summer breeze.
Paper for words.
A deed for a need.
Ignorance for knowledge.
Hunger for food.
Seeds for rain.
Illumination for darkness.
Recovery for pain.
Hand for another hand.
Time for nobody and nothing.

I am only flesh and blood.
I wait for you.
